We chose the pre-finished LP Smart siding over the James Hardy fiber cement because of the better warranty offered by LP. My home looks fantastic! I am very pleased with the work Trilogy has done, and would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

I hadn't heard of Trilogy Roofing before I hired them but while talking to Charlie Ring I felt like he was sincere and honest. He was local and I had talked to several roofers after a hail storm hit our neighborhood but felt pressured to make a decision. I was very impressed with his thoroughness, his willingness to provide a detailed and easily understood description of what the job required (ventilation, underlayment, etc.), his use of the highest quality materials, and his very competitive price. I chose Charlie to complete the work and could not have been happier with the work and the finished project. His supervision was detailed oriented. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I noticed how well he worked wit the roofing crew - very positive and supportive. After the positive roofing experience, I engaged Charlie to paint my house and garage interior, and to stain five new decks. Again, I was extremely pleased with the work. Not only was the work done in a timely manner, he and his crews provided extra touches - revitalizing four can lights that had not worked in ten years, painting the vinyl-clad windows, and replacing rotted wood and trim. When the work was finished, my wife and I felt like we had a new home. All of our neighbors remarked positively on the quality of the improvements.

During my 24 years as a superintendent of schools in New York State and 12 years as a headmaster of a private school, I was responsible for nearly $100 million of construction and worked with dozens of contractors.
